All projects subject to the public bidding process will be advertised, in addition to this website, in the following places: Local Newspaper ( Belleville News Democrat ) Southern Illinois Builders Association ( SIBA Plan Room ) If you would like to receive a set of Bidding Documents, you must register your company for each Project you are interested in. You can find a list of projects currently being advertised on the CURRENT BID OPENINGS . Results of all bids can be viewed in the AWARDED PROJECTS page. Companies wishing to submit information regarding the products or services they offer can do so by registering your company. NOTICE: All advertised bids will be opened publicly at the Port’s main office (1635 West First Street, Granite City, IL 62040) at the time specified for each Bid.
